Hey

The other day when I loaded up Windows 10 none of my USB devices worked. I have tried all ports and none work. My guess is an update caused the issue as Windows 10 was fine last week.

I can confirm it's not a hardware issue as my USB devices/ports are fine when I use Windows 7 on the same system.

I have even tried using a usb to ps/2 converter but that didn't work. So I am just stuck on the Windows 10 login screen with no way to get into the settings etc.

I am thinking I may need to use my Windows 10 disc and use a recovery option but I don't have a DVD drive at the moment.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Got it working.

For whatever reason the PS/2 mouse finally worked and I was able to uninstall the USB root hub driver and reinstall it. All USB ports worked after that.
