Windows 10 - where to buy?

Where is best to buy Windows 10?
Is it ok to buy key from those websites that are advertised around? Or retailer?
Or should I go with 11?

If you want to (by which I mean if it does everything you need and you don't mind the UI)

personally I'm sticking with 10 for now and dreading October '25! - It's fine for most hings, but I prefer the start menu on 10 and can't find a way to manually assign sound outputs per app (like to have a vid on the TV and game coming out my desktop speakers, in cases where the game doesn't let you change it from the default)... even if that is a bit buggy at times on 10

Yeah, I would prefer to stay in 10.
I see now OCUK has retail one.
