Windows 10 > Windows 8.1

An HP PC at work has been shipped with Windows 10, this is a surprise and we really need it to be running Windows 8.1

Is there any way to legitimately downgrade?

Doubt it if its come pre installed with 10.

You will have to buy a windows 8 key and do a clean install and activation.

As long as its running Pro you are covered by downgrade rights.

Good to know. I uninstalled my upgraded 10 and clean installed my previous 8.1 pro using the 8.1 key I have. So far had no problems. Was thinking of doing another machine. I still find Window 10 has some annoying bugs for me.
