Im not sure when this started, within the last few weeks at least, but now when i drag a window it feels like i totally lose control of it and it begins sliding around like a 1 ton weight on a icey surface.

Its sluggish and laggy and totally bizarre....

Graphics driver?
Windows update?

Any suggestions..... Its absolutely horrific...
 
Was nvidia drivers :/ considering i've not updated them for a couple of months weird how it suddenly kicked in
