Windows 10 won't access E-Mail, Calender etc...

Hi all,

A weird problem has occurred on my brother's Windows 10 install.

He logs in with his Microsoft account as most of us will with Windows 10 but all of a sudden his apps which require his sign-in, E-Mail, Calender etc are no longer accessible. This includes Edge which is completely bizarre.

Has anyone came across this? I haven't been able to find anything online in regards to this.

Weve had the apps not start (box flashes up for a nano sec)
