Windows 10 won't wake up

Hi,

The PC in my signature doesn't wake up after it goes to sleep. Is not overclocked and all drivers are up to date.

Any clue about what can be causing it? Thanks!

Is PLL over voltage enabled in the bios?

Apart from the white case! :-)

What are your Windows settings for sleep and wake. Are you sure it is just asleep.

Thanks Andi. It can be hibernating... It's set to turn off the screen after 10 minutes, sleep after 30 and hibernate after 180. I guess the problem is when hibernating, as my daughter stops using the computer and she doesn't turn it off.

I just changed it so it just turns the screen off. Being a desktop I guess is not a big deal.

Changing the case to a black one didn't solve the problem, so just tried with the energy settings... LOL!

Copying and pasting from another forum wasn't a good idea. I just changed it. Thanks for the heads up! :-)
