Windows 11 and the infernal firewall turned off notification

Installing Win11 afresh and can't work out how to disable the "firewall is turned off" notification.

I don't use the Windows firewall and the notification is beyond annoying.

Trying to search for a solution is proving infuriating as all the solutions are for Windows 10 or earlier Windows 11 builds and refer to options which are no longer present or tweaks which no long work.

Is there a way of disabling this on the latest version of Windows 11?

I'm on 23H2.

I did find that page but it's talking about the notifications when the firewall blocks apps. I'm on about the notification that the firewall is disabled.
