Few days ago CTRL + C to copy stopped working, No idea why, I have installed nothing, Anyone by chance seen this before even on prior versions of Windows ? It's like the built in Windows shortcut for CTRL+C has been erased.

CTRL key work otherwise? Tried the other one?

Yep all keys work, Even tried a Bluetooth keyboard and same thing.

check to see if the clipboard service is running is task manager, start if not, restart if is.

Was already running, Restarted it, No difference, It's really like the actual key combination shortcut was just erased from Windows, Very odd as they keys by themselves all work but CTRL+C as a combo doesn't work.

are you running an Nvidia card? if so do you have GeForce experience installed?

if so check in the overlay that there are no shortcut keys set-up to use CTRL... i had this last year and took me months to work out... basically it was taking over control of my CTRL key.. soon as i cleared the shortcut it worked fine.

You Sir, Madame, Sentient being... are a genius !

For some reason CTRL+C was mapped to something in GFE I never use, Broadcasting.

no worries. Have no idea why it does it but its a bug in the software.

I literally had no use of my CTRL button for 9 months before I worked it out.
