Sorted "StartAllBack was messing things up.. For some reason when the "Win10 Ribbon UI" or "Win7 Command Bar" is selected, it doesnt remember the position or size anymore.
This is one of the problems with Windows 10/11 updates can break compatibility with the programs you need to use to tweak it to make the OS actually useful or vice versa they can break things with a future update... does my head in.
Ive gone back to 21H2 because 22H2 is slightly buggy, things are not as responsive and 21H2 feels solid and nicer to use.. So I have stopped the nagging messeges from popping up telling me to upgrade and stopped windows checking for the 22H2 update. Hopefully I might be able to bypass the 22H2 for good, until the next one comes out in a yr time.
Just gave the 22H2 update another try and this time everythings behaving its self and feels much snappier then the last time, so much so that I can't tell much different between 21H2 and 22H2..So microsoft must have ironed out all the bugs.
Tabbed explorer is the biggest plus point, quite useful indeed. Dark mode is darker in more apps now too and task manager actually feels next generation now.

Shame they don't include a list of active folder windows in the left hand navigation pane though - personally that would be far more useful for me than tabbed explorer.
