Yea it's discussed quite a bit in the QD-OLED monitor thread.
I've used it and think it's pretty useful, it goes someway towards making HDR easier on PC (at least from a setup perspective) but there is still a long way to go

I recommend everyone use it, in fact windows should automatically bring up the app as soon as the user enables hdr forbthe first time on their pc
