Since I've upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 my CPU clock speeds are only showing as 4500MHz maximum, it just never goes any higher where in Windows 10 it would go up to 4800MHz and stay at that.
I have searched this issue online (below link) and found that there seems to be an issue with Negative Offset and Windows 11, I can change the Negative Offset to 0 and this resolves the issue in Windows 11 where the speeds would then show as 4800MHz. Now I am no expert in overclocking as I bought this PC already overclocked from OcUK few years ago, is it safe for me to change the Negative Offset from 3 and leave it at 0 permanently?
