I bought a used tablet, its a Panasonic FZ-M1 and has Windows 11 but its been setup in Dutch and has other things I want to remove also the touch pad wont work with a stylist it only works with finger and there is no onscreen keyboard. I choose to do a system reset but things are still in Dutch?

Does this mean I will have to wipe it completely and reinstall Windows? The original Windows is activated but there is no product key on the tablet.

I got it into English but I could not get past the registration in Windows 11 setup, annoyingly its asking me to set up a Microsoft account and every username I want to create is unavailable so with no Microsoft email I can't finish setting up Windows 11. I tried putting in my mobile number but I couldn't open the text because SMS is no longer supported looks like I might have to either see if I can get it to boot from USB and install Windows 10 instead or return it.

When at the registration screen press SHIFT+F10 to open a command prompt. at the prompt type oobe\BypassNRO. this will then restart the machine and allow you to create a local offline account
Its a tablet so it has no keyboard but I'll try a USB keyboard on it and see if that works.

Nah no joy... I created a an a Microsoft account on another computer to use. I really don't want to be putting any personal details into my portable devices. I also had to create a pin. I dread to think what Windows 12 will be like.

Quick question, what phone do you have?
Its a Panasonic FZ-M1 tablet. Its just installing everything hopefully it all goes well.

All installed but still no onscreen keyboard so its useless as a tablet. I'm going to return it. Its horrible to use like for example if your in google you can't type anything. You can't type anything in the searches within windows even withe the keyboard accessibility options turned on. Its the most horrible tablet I've ever used, I hope Panasonic's tough pads aren't all going to be like this unless there is a hardware fault with the touch screen because the pen doesn't work either... I'm just wondering if its worth trying Windows 10 on it to see if works any better, maybe its not designed for Windows 11 I really don't know.

I think it might be worth down grading to Windows 10 and see if the functionally of the tablet is any better... maybe worth a try. I'll do some research first before hand.

I think the reason for the issues I'm having are driver related, there is a Windows 10 Recovery disk image on the Panasonic website but before I install Windows 10 I will need to find out which model of FZ-M1 I have first then download the touch screen drivers and see if things then work under Windows 11, if not then I will need to install the Panasonic Windows 10 recovery image.
