Windows 11 - Speed Up / Strip /Must have softwares

I try not to modify it too much as they keep changing things which breaks stuff 
First things I do is restore the Context Menu and Image Preview menu functionality, disable "Use the Print screen key to open screen capture", disable all the sticky, filter and toggle keys stuff.
Windows Update Blocker seems to be the only software which comprehensively prevents undesirable updates behaviour though it is kind of the nuclear option - most of the other software will fail to block stuff at some point even if it mostly works to manage updates
My baseline software wise:
7-Zip
Editpad (Or Notepad++)
Firefox
K-Lite Codec Pack with all the stuff + MPC HC
GIMP
Also GPU-z, CPU-z, Hardware Monitor and/or HWInfo64, VirtualDub and VLC are good to have, O&O Shutup10 also can be useful - though there are individual programs like Windows Update Blocker which tend to do some of that stuff better.

- Explorer Patcher (Gives me back Windows 10 look etc)
- Notepad++
- Chrome + Ublock Origin
- VLC Player
- O+O Shut Up
- Run Chris Titus Tech tool to remove bloatware - https://christitus.com/windows-tool/ and the command for it iwr -useb https://christitus.com/win | iex

Now I want to try out Microsoft direct storage, but I don't have gamebar installed or xboxlive. I've seen it available for download in the microsoft store so I will try to update a backup install first.
