Depends how much you hate it because unless you block reinstalls MS will reinstall it with some Windows updates.
The i just want to uninstall it version is running setup.exe in the Edge folder with the '--uninstall --system-level --force-uninstall --delete-profile' switches. However that can leave behind a registered dll (psmachine_64.dll) and if you don't create a file in the 'Program Files (x86)' folder called Microsoft with all the permissions removed MS can reinstall it on update Tuesdays. Problem you get by blocking the reinstall though is that if Windows update can't install/update Edge it's possible that one day Windows could get stuck in a loop trying to update something it can't.
