I was using ExplorerPatcher to disable taskbar grouping (which was a Windows 10 option), but this doesn't work anymore, because this update makes changes to the taskbar.

Uninstall any programs like this before installing this Windows update.

Yup, usually don't use any software that interferes with how the OS works. It's a shame it can't be changed in the registry.
