Windows 11 Upgrade - Issue/Resolution

Currently running on W10, trying to upgrade the system to W11.

Current Spec:
Ryzen 5 3600X
MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (I know, sorry)

The PC Health Check tool reveals the following two errors:
  1. Secure Boot needs to be enabled
  2. TPM 2.0 must be supported
Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
I believe this is motherboard settings related, but some pointers required.

These are settings that are changed within the bios.

Having a quick google this video should show you how to enable both

 
Note that on some older motherboards those options are not exposed to the user and you have to do a BIOS update before they appear, but your board is fairly recent so I think you'll be alright there.
