Just trying to set my sons new gaming PC and it won't activate windows 11. Its says I need to buy a genuine copy? Also the product keys are not on the DVD packet? Where it says gently scratch to revel they have been taken off!
can anyone help?

Buy a genuine code from the Microsoft store.

Reach out to OCUK if it was bought from them, the sticker with the code on should be stuck on the PC case somewhere if it's been peeled off.

Did Windows 11 come pre-installed, or did you fit your own SSD/HDD?
