Hi all,
Just got a quick query. I have setup a dfs namespace with replication which replicates between four NAS boxes at different locations on a wan. Unfortunately the fifth location does not have access to a NAS box so I have hosted the DFS Root off the Win2k3 DC onsite and all the physical replication data is hopefully going to be stored on an IBM Net APPS Box. The issue is when i try and add the DC to the replication process its looking for a folder on the DC rather than allowing me to point it at the net apps box. I need to find a way of running a mapped drive permanately on the DC to point to the net apps for whoever logs on. I need it not to disconnect at anytime apart from server reboot. Has anyone got any ideas because i thought a net use might not be enough to keep it constantly connected even using the run as command
