Windows 2003 Server - motherboard/cpu change

Hi

I have a Pentium 4 (s478) Windows 2003 Server Standard PC, which I want to change to an Opteron System. Only the motherboard, CPU and GPU would be changing. I Dont use onboard NIC as I needed gigabit access which my present motherboard wouldnt allow.

As I am the OEM (self built) can I do this within the EULA? and license?

should be fine matey i done this a few times just make sure you install your old parts drivers first and make sure you ghost the hard drive and have a copy of win server at side of you for if you need to repair win server
