Assuming you have a domain environment and multiple servers, then Kaspersky Endpoint Security is very good, light on resources, central management. I use this on my servers (15 or so, mixture of physical/virtual) and Eset Endpoint on my client PC's.
Well Microsoft provides it for free and it's the least intrusive solution I've ever come across so I assumed you'd chosen not to use it. I suppose one downside is it doesn't really provide anything to let you centrally manage it.
