Try a search for "pocketpc freeware".

Windows Mobile used to be called PocketPC which a lot of the old freeware sites are named after.

Electopia demo (impressive!)

Xtrakt

Apart from those, played plenty of RPGs and strategy GBA titles using Morphgear, and am loving Angry Birds when I boot in to Android.
