Windows 7 3rd Party file manager

I find Myself Sticking with XP basically because the part of windows I use the most is Windows explorer, Simple straight forward copy/paste/search from anywhere and hassle free !.
I have given Vista a good go and Windows 7 but I find Explorer nasty

The other day I came across this file manager Xplorer2 http://www.zabkat.com/index.htm , Had a bit of a play and i'm liking it This means I can have all of the new features of Windows 7 and a great XP like file manager.

I realize lots of other people don't spend much time in explorer, but for those who do and find Vista/win 7 irritating give it a try

Must add, I have not tried it in Win7, but I understand it's fully supported
and there is a free Lite version

Are you really sure the XP and 7 explorers are that different? I can copy and paste just fine from 7's explorer, and there's a search bar in the top right.

The inability to right click and search for Me is a pain, Sure You can copy paste et.., although Many time while dragging between 2 explorer's and dropping in a clear space the files disapear into a previously highlighted folder ..Unforgivable for Me
