Windows 7 64 and Wireless adaptors

Having had loads of problems with my own Windows 7 64 machine and various wireless adaptors not working properly, does anyone have any success stories of guaranteed working adaptors?

I am building a system for my sister, and I really need to get one that works first time. The cheaper the better, will be quite happy with PCI or USB adaptors, not bothered about wireless N.

edimax 150Mbps Wireless 802.11b/g/n High Gain USB adapter works. Just plugged it in and then set password and it worked fine on Windows 7 Pro X64

It's about 12 quid from that rainforest place, theres also a non high gain version without the aerial for about 7 quid which is basically the same item without the attacked aerial

Tried every driver under the sun! I cant remember the model numbers but I've had an Edimax and 2 D-links, neither of which I could get working properly.

I will take a look at the Edimax that lsg1r has recommended.
