Windows 7 64 bit key

Hey all

after miss buying the wrong copy of windows (got the upgrade version =[ ) i am stuck with windows 7 and no product key dose anyone know if Microsoft sells the keys without the software?

stupic seller told it it would do a clean install shall know for next time it wont...
