Any of you beta testers know if windows 7 will come out at launch with 64 bit ?

I can safely say it will come out in x64... even though I am not a beta tester.

That's a silly question. Of course MS are going to make a 64bit version of 7.

There will be 32bit and 64bit versions.

32bit for old hardware and small devices (atom based netbooks etc.), 64bit for desktop and newer devices.

I reckon they should make the 32 bit version for these devices only and have it as a low cost option a bit like the special oem deals they are supposed to cutting for the netbook makers using XP at the moment.
