I've just rebooted my PC and I'm now getting "The referenced account is currently locked out and cannot be logged on to" when I try to login.

I've not changed my password or joined a Domain!

Anyone know, short of a re-install, how to unlock my account?!?

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate.

Cheers

speak to your IT support guys ( Iam assuming this is a company computer because it has a £240 version of windows installed onto it)

Nope!, Home based (I have/had a Legit TechNet Sub)

I shut down, and left it for 10 minutes... It's let me back in now!, I've just created a 'Password Reset Disk' just in case it does it again!

locked Windows 7 account

use accounts with administrator priviledges to help you unlock locked account. If there are not such accounts, refer to pro tool to help you quickly! Watch video to get step-by-step procedures!

Why would any corp. use Windows 7 Ultimate? Companies either use Pro or Enterprise with volume-licensing

There is only one account, Mine, and it's an Administrator!.

Hopefully sorted now! :)
