Windows 7 and HDD detection

hi

i am using my new rig as my server as well. i know how to set it up so my PS3 can see it, but what i want to know is why when i have 6 HDD's windows explorer/my computer only see's 4 of them.

under device manager and hdd manager it shows the 6. 1 is an SSD and 5 mechanical, 2tb, 1.5tb and 3 1 tb's.

how do i get them to show under windows explorer?

Are the hidden ones formatted with a drive letter assigned to them?

Have a look in Disk Management (right click Computer > Manage)

With drive letters attached?

Tried changing one of the letters to something later in the alphabet to see if it shows up?

sorted it, i had taken away the drive letter by accident - doh! it's now detecting all the drives. thanks for your help.
