Hi

I have tried a mates 3 dongle and now my e71 via bluetooth and cable and have no joy using the internet with either in windows 7(7100).

The error is something along the lines of "cannot load the remote access service manager" for both the dongle and the phone. 3's software just fails to connect and i have tried a manual connect by clicking the connections buttonin the task bar with no joy. Very little info on google

Trying on an NC10 and its nothing to do with signal, works on another laptop in the same room so down to windows 7.

Anyone have any luck with this?

Well i have the E71 working now via cable

I had to set services
* Telephony
* Remote Access Connection Manager
* Remote Access Auto Connection Manager

to auto start, Telephony was the key one , i had already tried the others manually

Now bluetooth seems to be an issue

Got O2 mobile broadband running under 7100. The O2 connection manager will not work though under any compatability mode. You need to install the E160 dongle manually and then set up a dial up connection via Windows 7 network centre.
