Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has had this issue before.
We currently have a Windows 2003 L2TP VPN working very nicely with XP machines using certificates from our CA.
Now, we have just received a Windows 7 laptop, which should be configured to connect to the VPN. So, after some reading it seems that you need to install a hotfix on the CA to update the web enrollment (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922706). All fine, installed the hotfix. Went to the CA page, requested a cert like normal (although they have removed the option to install the cert into the local computer store).
Configured the rest of the VPN details, failed to connect.
Now tried to re-request a certificate for an XP machine - also failed to connect.
Rolled back the hotfix, re-requested the certificate for the XP machine and it connected fine.
Has anyone come across this before?
Thanks,
