I'll try to keep this simple...

I have a GSkill Falcon 64gb SSD with windows 7 64 bit installed, the drive is connected to the primary sata port in IDE mode.

I also have a Hatachi 250gb HDD sata drive with windows XP installed...

With the bios set to boot from the SSD, Windows 7 loads fine... :p

With the bios set to boot from the HDD, Windows XP loads fine...:p

Now in Windows 7, I have added the XP BCDEDIT details so that I can dual boot. This was originally added manually via CMD promt, I have since checked it with Easybcd.

Upon rebooting, I get the option to boot W7 or XP as expected, If I select W7, it loads fine.... However, If I select XP the system restarts

Anybody got a clue why???

Sadly my POST screen only gives the DEL option to enter the bios...
A quick Google suggested the IP35 does not have support for this but I'll give it a go.

No go im afraid.... tried F10 and F12...

F12 did nothing at all and F10 brought up a BCDEDIT screen for the Windows 7 loader :(

Cheers frying_pan_cat.
Have already tried copying the two files from the root of my xp install to the c:\ drive of W7, but made no difference... however... I have the 100mb Hidden drive that I had given a drive letter too (wanted to see what was in it), will try putting them in there...
