Windows 7 backup for multiple drives

Hi, hope someone can help. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on my HP Microserver to use mainly for XBMC. In the server I have 4x 2TB drives and a 64GB drive for OS. I know I cant use RIAD as its not the pro version of windows. But is there away to back up one 2TB drive to another 2TB and backup the other 2TB drive to the other 2TB drive? Hope that makes sense.

Basically my goal is to have a Microserver running XBMC and use it as a HTPC. With a total of 8TB and to use 4TB for movie storage and the other 4TB as backup. Is there a way of doing this?

take a look at bvckup. I do this with 'my documents' folder so I keep a backup of my work files.

Does that not restrict you to backing up to one drive?
