Windows 7 Best Desktop Email Client?

I want to constantly be notified whenever I get an email from my Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook, accounts. For example, a little task bar notifcation to let me know I have an email, and possible a client to manage them all in one app, similar to the iOS interface.

What should I download?
