Windows 7 cheapest?

Where is the cheapest place to get hold of Windows 7 for a new PC?

Confused to what this OEM stuff is,and £100+ for the new copy seems so expensive! Any ideas?

OcUK is the only answer you can be given on this forum.

OEM will be tied to the system it's installed on.

Retail can be transferred to new system as long as it's uninstalled from the old one.
