Windows 7 Defragmentation Too Fast?

I was Defragmenting my PC Yesterday as i installed 157GB worth of Games.
only to be shocked in Windows 7 defragment them in around 7 minutes.
To me this seems to fast don't you think?

Do you think Windows 7 Does a good Job?
Have you noticed this?
What are your thoughts on This?

i got a feeling FireWizard will have some words of wisdom.

it said it was 17% fragmented..

do you think its worth installing perfect disk then? as i have a license from my vista install thats now on win7

its ok at the moment everything loads very fast so ill let it off for now
