My 64-bit disc is no longer working - got scratched by my cd drive when I had the pc on its side.

Can I get a replacement from Microsoft somehow without paying?

And no, I don't know anyone who could lend me a disk.

Where's a legit site to download the ISO from? I don't really trust the torrrent sites.

Is it impossible for anyone to tamper those hashes? Basically, if it has the correct hash, that means it is 100% legit?

Microsofts hashes are:
Microsoft Windows 7 64 Bits

* MD5: F43D22E4FB07BF617D573ACD8785C028
* SHA-1: 326327CC2FF9F05379F5058C41BE6BC5E004BAA7

The hashes for the Home Premium 64-bit ISO I downloaded are

MD5: 758887088235024058D1C8EB6EFB85A8

SHA-1: 336779EA6B65F63E11A609B4D021439C47AB315B

Does that mean that this ISO has been tampered with and is unreliable?

The funny thing is I got it from a digitalrivercontent.net link which should make it a genuine copy, no? I'm not sure why those links are still active.
