windows 7 download

This May Be Draft But Read On-
I recently got the windows 7 download from microsoft and a valid product key. what i want to know is whether i can give the image i downloaded to a friend(to save them time and their download cap) as long as they get their own product key. their is nothing tying one download to one product key?

Yep, all the release candidate keys can be used for as many machines as you want.
