Hi guys,

I'm expecting my new machine tomorrow and I'll be sticking my new copy of Win7 on it. However I'm expecting drama with motherboard RAID etc etc. I've ordered an Asus P55 and it doesn't include a floppy drive connector, so I will be finally going without a floppy drive :)

So,
1) does anyone know if there's support for P55 RAID (via the chipset) on the retail disk?
2) if there are no included drivers, can you install them from USB or some other mechanism? The XP install always asked for a driver floppy really early on in the install process with no support for USB or CD...

Cheers guys

Stick the drivers on a USB stick just in case, a floppy disk hasn't been a requirement since XP. Chances are Windows 7 will see your RAID array anyway.
