Windows 7 drivers etc

Ok this may be a stupid question but...

I'm about to install win 7 coming from xp and wondered how easy the install is?

By that I mean does Win 7 find all your drivers and install them automatically during setup or do I have to hunt them all down on the interweb and install manually?

Drivers include mobo chippsets, audio, graphics etc etc.
