Windows 7 Enterprise - Volume license key probs

Hi all,

Just installed Win7 on a laptop I use for testing apps I write as part of my job, IT gave me a volume license key to use with it.

However when I try to activate I get a 'DNS error'. I googled this and advice was to change the product key using command line, which I did, however I still get the same error on activation.

Any ideas???

I assume it's a KMS key and therefore trying to find your work's key management server. Are you at work or VPNed in?
