- rename a file, Explorer shows old filename
- create new txt document, no doc shows
- move file from A to B, change not registered
You have to press F5 (refresh) to show the changes. I initially thought that my hard disk was on its way out, maybe a read/write error or caching issue. Nope, happens with USB sticks as well, plus my digicam, which means that it's a software issue.
Any ideas? It is infuriating! Win 7 64-bit home version btw. Did try search engine but results were too vague.
