Windows 7 - Flickering Websites

Ahoy!
Had my first taste of windows 7 and everything seems fine, except this one issue. Randomly, if a website has flash, the whole site flickers. If I close the window down and go back to the site, it might flash again or it might be fine. Does anyone know if this is a know issue?
Windows 7 Ultimate (64bit)
ATI 4870 1GB
All updates installed / Cat 9.7s

I have never seen that in win7, but there are 7 updates already for it

All updates installed - totally clean install. Only other piece of software installed is kaspersky 2010. Used the windows update for my monitor (Samsung T240HD).. but doubt its that as its only flash websites that struggle for me.

What browser are you using? Could narrow it down

IE8. Nothing else installed. Don't seem to get any flickering with IE 64bit version, but then again flash doesnt support it. So for me, looks like a problem between windows 7 + ie8 + flash?
