Check on the manufactures website of you RAM and input the timings and voltages in manually. Also try it all without the 8800 GTS and use the onboard GPU for now.

I hadn't heard of chieftec before either, but I found a review that was pretty positive, only had it since Christmas.
I've got a replacement cpu on the way, If that doesn't work, I'll try the RAM and voltage check stuff.
I have tried with no gpu and just 1 ram stick (both 1 at a time).
