windows 7 freezing on desk top

hi just gone from windows 7 32bit to 64bit,every thing worked fine until i noticed i was only using 3gig out of 4 gig of ram,
so i went in to bios and enabled remap memory,then it shows the full 4gig ,but now the pc freezes after arround 5 mins,
any ideas,if i turn remap memory of it only shows 3,200gig but it works fine,
 
hi again just started to freeze on desk top again,its been fine all day,
if i set my ram manually what should i set it at,now its

If you look at the RAM it should have a sticker showing the timings and voltage. Set the timings and voltage manually in the BIOS and see what happens. Also is this happening just after a clean install or are you installing all your programs and apps first before the issue occurs? Does it recover after freezing or do you have to perform a hard reset?
