I guess this might just be a Windows 7 thing - but whenever I boot/reboot the computer, my G9 defaults back to a slow pointer speed - I then change it using the + and - buttons on the mouse, but as soon as I reboot again, it's back to defaults...

Any ideas? :S

Cheers!

I'll need to try and get my head round it all - it seems long gone is the day of a single slider that controls the speed of the pointer! lol

the slider is still there ;)

click start, type mouse in search then click mouse (will have a mouse icon next to it in the search results)

that will bring up mouse properties, then click the pointer options tab and use the slider till you get the required speed :D

Cheers - I was in about the SetPoint software, which has changed a bit since I last used it.

I'll give the mouse panel a go. :)

Yep, just realised that's what it is. I guess it is a vista/7/setpoint thing.

Cheers guys.
