So, anyone want to have a stab at this one?

1 x AD Domain
2 x DC's running Server 2008 R2

Trialling 10 Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit workstations joined to said domain. But some of them can often "hang" for a couple of minutes on Please Wait at boot up prior to the login screen. I've turned on Verbose Messaging to now the Please Wait actually shows the correct message, and the machines are hanging on:

"Applying Microsoft Disk Quota Policy"

Event log shows the following:

Now, looking at that event logged it would seem there is a GPO applying disk quota and that it can't find some kind of file, hence the error messages but here's the thing.

There is absolutely NO GPO that applies Disk Quota. I created all GPOs on this domain and only two of us ever touch Group Policies. I've gone through every GPO just in case checking for Computer Config > Admin Templates > System > Disk Quota and all 5 objects are left as "Not Configured". I've also checked locally gpedit.msc and the same are left as not configured

Running a gpresult or rsop on the client machines reveals all of the applied group policies and the only ones in there are the ones i'm expecting

So i'm really baffled now. Any ideas?
