Well... So far

Rivatuner is in "driver emulation mode" becuase it couldn't detect my card and I had to manually enter it into the power user tab as a work around.

ATItool says something about kernels and drivers and basically doesn't work.
Stress test doesnt stress.

GPUtool refuses to change voltages and when I click on stress test the card stays in its low-power mode of something like 300mhz.

Furmark seems to be acting generally strange too.

Voltage Tuner (AgentGOD) works, but there is no explanation of what each of the four voltages are (15h,16h,17h,18h).

Do none of these programs detect drivers properly on windows 7 or what?
If not, can you help me overclock my card?

I tried EVGA Voltage Tuner and Precision, but neither seemed to work.
Nothing is detecting the Nvidia drivers - At least that's my diagnosis.
I'll try it again and post up the error message.

EDIT: It seems to actually work now - but the TEST button is greyed out, and there is no voltage options.

I have a GTX 280 and W7 and Precision works great for me. Another program you could try is nvidia's overlocking program Link If all else fails try reinstalling the drivers.
