windows 7 help needed

Hi all i installed the 32 bit version of windows 7 by mistake what i borrowed from my friend and i now have a 64 bit version, when i put it in my computer and restart it says press a key and when i do it says (choose and opperation system to start or press tab to select a tool) and underneath is 2 options
windows setup ems enabled
x64 recovery mode ems enabled
not sure what one i have to go with
any help would be great thanks

i am quickly rushing out now but will be back and around 9 so any help would be great

i will give it ago, i only put the 32 bit windows on yesterday and no other versions so if i do that will it wipe the 32 bit version off my computer and start aging with the 64 bit version ?

there is only 1 opperating system listed just windows 7 says current os default os
any other ideas please

is there no way to format hard drive and wipe it clean to start again ? dont think i can while its running in this pc though
 
what should i press though when it says choose an operation system to start or press tab to select a tool ? says at the top of this forum thats the problem not sure what to do thank dean
