This is possibly not Windows related and could be hardware but recently ive been having the PC become unresponsive if idling for about 30 mins... and sometimes even when in use it does the same thing. Basically nothing will open or close, the Windows button becomes white and I have to hard power off.
Now ive rolled back to when I thought the issue wasnt there and no change, ive done a Spybot, Malwarebytes, SuperSpyware, Avast AV scan on the full system and cleaned out the tracking cookies that were around... no change. Ive uninstalled all greyed out USB devices as suggested on another forum.. no change... updated Graphics Card drivers... no change... downloaded some Windows hotfix... no change.
Hardware wise ive run a SSD healthcheck and its at 100% no issues found, same for RAM on memtest. Ive also open the case up, cleaned up all the fans, checked all cabling is tight etc and still same problem.
Ive also disabled the CPU OC that came with the machine, but again same problem.
In my Event Viewer I get a 41 Kernel Power critical which is an unexpected shutdown as im assuming that this is due to the hard reset.
Any pointers appreciated
