windows 7, how to swap from hard drive to ssd

Thank you very much for your help, I've just found an old dell win 7 reinstallation Disc that came with a dell laptop, would that work maby? I did use a program to get the serial from my pc but I'm not confident its the correct serial

Thanks very much for the help, I think this copy of windows may have wone, I can't download it I did try but I got this message from Ms when I entered the serial
