Windows 7 HP to Ultimate?

Currently running the x64 version Win7 home Premium Retail.

I have just got hold of an OEM Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Basically can i upgrade my current HP installation to ultimate without having to reformat?

If you can i think it will let you know when you put the disk in the drive. Not really 100% positive on that though.

Try putting the OEM key in the Windows Anytime Upgrade thing.

No it didnt so im still on HP for now.

Im hoping to get an SSD fvor xmas so i'll have to install ultimate on then as i cant be bothered to formaqt for no good reason
